Zdeněk studied Economics and Management at the Faculty of Transportation of CTU and began working with major international brands during his studies. For many years, his professional focus has been on sales, business management, and building distribution channels and partnerships. He is a certified real estate broker and a certified manager.

His track record includes successfully launching product lines for an American software giant on the Czech market and building retail distribution channels from scratch for a family brand from California. He also led a Czech manufacturer in distributing goods across Europe and notably helped the iconic brand SodaStream navigate a crisis to reach new customers in the Czech, Slovak, and Hungarian markets. His expertise has earned him speaking invitations at international conferences and a creativity award from Israel; his market resilience is further backed by professional certification from the Czech Marketing Society. Zdeněk now applies this vast experience to real estate, where his commitment to high-quality service consistently earns him excellent client feedback.
