This is the second property sale I've completed with her, and once again, it was seamless, highly professional, tactful, and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the real estate market. After contacting independent agents, I also realized that a larger agency is preferable as it offers many more additional services. When I struggled to quickly arrange for painting, she provided advice and recommendations. The photography of both the house and garden was exceptionally professional, utilizing a drone. The interior design – home staging – was beautifully executed and inspiring for potential buyers. The property – a family house – was sold within a month, and I was always promptly and quickly informed about interested parties. I highly recommend her.
