You don't sell an apartment every day and Mrs. Sokolová guided us through the whole process with complete professionalism, while also making sure we felt really good during the whole process. At the beginning, she carefully explained everything to us, what and how would proceed, and moreover during the viewings she also had our three dogs, which given the circumstances was not ideal, but Mrs. Sokolová handled everything great.
