Sale of apartment – Praha 2, Vinohrady

Lenka Nováková became a member of our family during the sale - I have not encountered such a professional approach in the field of real estate yet. And we rented out our apartment for over 20 years! For the sale, we originally had a pre-selected other real estate agent from another agency, whom our friend recommended to us. In the end, we chose Lenka Nováková, who convinced us with her cultivated demeanor and human approach. When we needed it most, she calmed us down and correctly advised us what steps to take for a successful sale - give notice to tenants, empty the apartment and also advised us well on what to invest in when repairing the apartment. Throughout the cooperation with Lenka Nováková, I really had the feeling that she was here for us, that she wasn't chasing her own deals but really helping us. Her excellent communication skills also affected the buyers, so the entire apartment sale transaction went smoothly, with clear commission. We received the amount we demanded from the beginning and in the time we needed to purchase a new apartment.
