Mgr. Vendula Rosová, LL.M., MBA

Vendula Rosová is a real estate transfer agent and attorney with 10 years of experience in real estate law. This specialization became close to her during her time as a junior associate at the law firm of JUDr. Pavel Ulrych. She passed her bar exams in 2015 and has been practicing as an independent attorney since 2016. In addition to real estate, she is active in family, commercial, and civil law, and even serves as a lay judge at the Municipal Court in Prague, where she helps decide criminal cases.

Vendula graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno, earning her Master of Laws (Mgr.). She defended her thesis on "Working Hours and the Possibilities of their Distribution" with an excellent grade at the Department of Labour Law and Social Security.

Her professional motto is a thought from Steve Jobs: "The only way to do great work is to love what you do". This perfectly captures her core motivation: the desire to constantly improve and to have as many satisfied clients as possible. Vendula enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, taking trips, and going for walks in nature. Since childhood, she has loved painting and creating ceramic crafts, which evolved into a broader love for art. She is also a passionate traveler who regularly returns to European metropolises, where she indulges her love for history, Italian cuisine, and fine wine.
