A graduate of the University of Economics, Iva launched her career in human resources management consulting, where she spent over 12 years in senior leadership roles. Even during that time, she remained active in the real estate market, primarily representing the interests of buyers. This background allows her to empathize with both parties, view every situation from multiple perspectives, and find the optimal solution for everyone involved.

Iva is fluent in English and also speaks German, enabling her to present properties effectively to international clients and investors.
